Racquet Ninja Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership and Payment
1.1. Membership to Racquet Ninja is non-refundable. All membership fees are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
1.2. Payment for membership is due at the time of registration and will be processed according to the payment plan selected. Members are responsible for ensuring that payee details are correct before remitting payment.
1.3. There will be no extensions to the membership period unless specified in the selected membership plan.
1.4. All renewals must be completed at least one day prior to the expiry of the current membership. This ensures that the membership can be updated in a timely manner and provides a seamless experience for the member.
1.5. In the event of delayed payment, Racquet Ninja reserves the right to impose a late fee of 5% per week on the overdue amount, unless an express approval for a delay has been obtained from Racquet Ninja.
2. Liability and Waiver
2.1. Racquet Ninja is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while participating in activities or using facilities. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and accept that participation in sports and fitness activities carries inherent risks.
2.2. Racquet Ninja is not responsible for the loss of property or personal belongings.
3. Conduct and Use of Facilities
3.1. Members must adhere to all facility rules and regulations as posted and as communicated by Racquet Ninja staff.
3.2. Racquet Ninja reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for any violation of club rules or for conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Members are responsible for their own health and fitness and should consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any sports or fitness activities.
4.2. Members must inform Racquet Ninja of any medical conditions or injuries that could affect their ability to participate in activities safely.
5. Amendments and Termination
5.1. Racquet Ninja reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
5.2. Racquet Ninja may terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
6. Trainers, Coaches, and Training Programs
6.1. Racquet Ninja reserves the right to change trainers, coaches, and the format of training programs at its discretion.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Racquet Ninja and the member. No other representations, promises, or agreements shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Racquet Ninja.
7.2. By virtue of being a member of Racquet Ninja, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out above.
